Here is the breakdown. This is how each hook looked before.
Good bones, but not into the vegetable. I removed the hook, peeled and sanded off the vegetable print, painted two coats of a blueish gray, and sanded to distress.
I then printed off a 1, 2, 3, 4 on Word and used black acrylic paint to trace the numbers and fill in.
These hooks went in the booth and the 1, 2, 3 sold right away. I heard that a pregnant lady bought them, so I am assuming they will be a cute little addition to a nursery!!

These are great. I'm not into vegetables either but I do like the numbers. I saw some similar hook in a shop here in Australia. I must go back and see if they are still there as now I know what I can do with them. Thanks for the inspiration.
