We Have A Swimmer!

Drew had his first ever swim lesson last week and he did great.  He was nervous about taking lessons and having to be in the big pool with no float.  By the end of the week, he was swimming half the length of our large pool (freestyle) by himself, float free!

This is a proud moment for us, because in April when we started going to the pool, he wouldn't so much as get out of the 1 ft. baby pool.  Now he is swimming!  It is truly amazing what exposure and practice can do for a child's confidence. 

Kate and I did a little of this...don't ya just love summer?!

 Terrified of jumping in any pool two weeks ago...now he is doing it!  Go Drew!
