I have saved a lot of time and money by getting organized with my coupons and looking through the Sunday ads. I blogged about my solution for organizing coupons here.
This week, with the push of a friend, I started shopping the Walgreens and CVS deals. I have them both about 2 minutes away, and they are across the street from each other. These were my savings for the week...
CVS:
3 boxes of cereal
2 dish soaps
1 feminine product
1 toothpaste
2 deoderants
Total: $13.09
Saved: $15.72
ECB's on next future purchases: $4.77 (so basically got everything for $8)
WALGREENS:
8-pack paper towels
1 box kleenex
2 bubble mailers
4 count razors
1 scotch tape
1 dental picks
Total: $12.96
Register Rewards for future visit: $5.00 (so essentially I got it all for about $8)
Not bad for just getting started! What deals have you scored this week?
That is awesome! They don't have coupons here in France, but when I get home, I am cutting them up big time!
ReplyDeleteI love couponing too. Check out southernsavers.com if you haven't yet. She is a local Columbia, SC girl who does so much for the community.
